Samsung i300 delayed...but why? |

This is strictly a bit of rumouring but my guy at Samsung informs me that the reason for the delay in getting the i300 out on the shelves is software related. Now this, as we see it, could come in two forms: either 2003se wasn't giving good enough results and they've now decided to go back to the original plan of WM5 or they are simply just trying to find a way to improve battery life in 2003se when used with the HDD...or both. There's nothing official on it as yet but as i was told, before the problems, it was definitely 2003se. Now, no-one seems to be sure.
The good news is i should be getting my hands on one of the new batch next week so i'll be able to tell you then ;)
