No Upgrade for the mpx200?

According to msmobiles, someone on the newsgroups says that motorola have stopped all development for smartphone 2002 and they wont be releasing smartphone2003 upgrades. Unfortunately Motorola MPx200 is equipped with outdated OS: Smartphone 2002 that has no .NET support. Bad news for owners of Motorola MPx200 coming today: Motorola says, that there will be no upgrade to Smartphone 2003 for Motorola MPx200 phone: Here is the answer that one of MPx200 users (James Rainey) got from Motorola on the topic: IÂ´ve just spoken to ############## 2nd Level Support for Motorola. He confirmed that Motorola has made a decision NOT to patch existing or known issues with this phone.
