Toshiba Portege G910Toshiba have announced the Portege G910 Windows Mobile 6 Smartphone which will feature, amongst other things integrated GPS and a wide-VGA (480x800 pixels)display!

It looks a little bulky and the border around the screen just wastes space. They could have used the area to make a bigger screen. According to the official UK Toshiba web page for this phone, the device memory can only be upgraded to 2GB, which is pitiful because even the Standard Nokia N95 can be upgraded to 8GB. Maybe with maximum memory capacity someone can add about four Photos, a movie trailer, and if you're lucky a mega compressed radio jingle. Pathetic! However, one must reserve judgement until the device is used. The keyboard pivot seems to be far superior to the one on the T-Mobile MDA Vario 3, which in itself is a T-Mobile branded version of a HTC phone. I am sure this would feel a lot more stable whilst using in the laptop mode. Should be interesting to see if people respond to this. By the way, is anyone looking forward to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? Looks seriously cool.
