In between getting drunk and a cold, i had a thought...

More night-nurse and vodka smoothies, no, only kidding!

Check on your phone settings > certificates > root > GTE Cybertrust Root and tell me that there is nothing to worry about (for those too lazy to check, the cert expires 23rd Feb 2006)

In my half-assed research, I think that every Smartphone on every network is affected by this (even the shiny new C600 and the MDA Compact 2), its a major security flaw in that if you visit a
site or use an application that uses one of this certificate then you wont be necessarily be able to trust them!


If anyone wants me a week on Thursday, I'll be in the pub cursing things not working on my phone due to expired certs and the lark
