The FCC does it again, this time with the HTC Opal, a low end budget Windows Mobile smartphone for the American market. The usual documentation has leaked a wireframe image with the word Opal written on it so its a pretty safe bet that it'll be seen on the shelves sooner rather than later, its no Touch HD though is it..?
