HTC's latest device in their Touch range appears to be the HTC Touch HD, a rather attractive looking Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional device with a whopping screen (WVGA - 480x800) hence the HD name no doubt.

The HD will also feature:

•  Qualcomm 528MHz 7201A processor
• 512MB ROM / 256MB RAM (+32MB on processor)
• GPS / HSDPA
• 5 Megapixel camera but no flash
• 1350mAH battery
• MicroSD expansion slot
• 3.5mm headphone jack (fits normal headphones!)
• Totally touch screen navigation, no d-pad etc.
