HTC have opened up access to their ROM upgrades meaning that you no longer have to be a member of their e-Club to obtain access. Now all that you have to do is visit the relevant support section for your device to obtain the upgrade which is great news.

Users of HTC devices that are preloaded with operator-based ROMs will still have to wait for the release of upgrades from their prospective operators unfortunately but its a step in the right direction for those of you with SIM free HTC devices. Expect the e-Club to become more of a place to download goodies from HTC in the future as opposed to those crucial updates.
