As you all know, i recently got a puppy, shes called hati and she is lovely

i decided that i would run some tests to find out which is better puppies or smartphones

General overview of features
smartphone: after you get used to the keypad lock being in the wrong place, and the random lockup the smartphone is simple to use, the great features include
t9 contact management
syncs with outlook via cable or bluetooth (if available)
great games
modaco is like my second home :)
puppy: takes a while to break in, but when the voice control works it performs like a dream, features include
random smells
eats anything
likes playing games
sharp pointy teeth
tests:
the office
smartphone: general response from coworkers 'not another phone owen, you drunk'
puppy: general response from coworkers 'awww! shes so cute'
winner : puppy
out and about
smartphone: just sits in pocket and rings on calls, also plays mp3s
puppy: tries to play with everything, eats random stuff it finds on the floor, gets attention from members of the opposit sex
winner : puppy
at home
smartphone: enables access to the internet and irc via bluetooth, lets me make and recive phonecalls
puppy: wants to play all the time, smells, tries to eat my dinner, barks at random things
winner: smartphone
one on one, to the death
smartphone: poor battle plan, beeps and flashed the backlight, didnt phase the dog at all, got chewed alot
puppy: battle plan was try and eat it, lots of use of teeth and unique smells, disorientated the phone, generated lots of drool
winner:puppy
conclusion
Puppies are better than smartphones, girls like them, they dont need charging but they do eat stuff and smell and cost quite a bit to buy and run.
smartphones need less day to day care but are sad and geeky, girls don't like them, they dont smell
