Globalsat: Pull Your Finger Out!!

This is a public appeal to the technical staff of Globalsat.

For months now I have had the SD-502 SDIO GPS receiver sat in a box, in my lounge, doing absolutely nothing because Globalsat cannot be bothered to make drivers which are compatible with the majority of HTC PocketPCs and to be quite honset I'm pissed off. There hasn't been a driver update since February and that is just poor. What's the point of releasing a product only for it not to work with some of the most popular devices around!?

I've tried to contact Globalsat about this in my official MSMN capacity many times and they have not replied to me once. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. Until this situation is rectified, DO NOT BUY THE SD-502 unless your EXACT device is listed as compatible.
