We just got some 'hot & spicy' news about the europhone 'smartphone' but still no news if its a microsoft smartphone or not.
This was sent to us from the Vice President of Telecommunications at ICT Technologies, Inc. (who are making the phone)
There is some more information available regarding our EG 4000:
The display on this phone is a 260K color Transflective Type at 2.2” in size,176 X 220 Pixels. An SD card slot is available. It's got 32 MB of RAM and 64 MB of ROM. It has the Intel Xscale processor at 520 MHz. Currently it seems that it will have a Li-lon type battery with a capacity of 780mAH and there are further research going on in order to increase the capacity. It's going to also be able to tune into TV channels... it's an optional function: PAL tuner for Europe is in the final stages, NTS tuner for America (chip price of $30 US). In my opinion, it is also worth mentioning that carriers shall be quite pleased when they find out how much this phone shall be available for; hence, allowing them to be able to offer a telephone of supreme quality with many features without the hefty price attached.
What also sets this phone apart is its size; because, when it is closed, it is tiny, thin, and light enough to fit with extreme ease into any pocket. As more information becomes available, I'll keep you informed accordingly. I thank you for picking us up as an item of interest!
