You know what they say? Imitation is a form of flattery. Well in that case feel flattered Motorola and HTC as new boys on the block "TechFaith Wireless" have been showing off three new devices which are no doubt based, in design at least, on the Moto SLVR, the Moto i320 and the HTC Universal! I'm not sure what my opinion on this is really, I mean the design is obviously popular but to copy a design so obviously shows no imagination or investment into that field.
Anyway the SLVR clone features a more than decent 512MB of memory but unfortunately serves up a 176x220 pixel screen and tri-band connectivity.

The i320 clone actually offers a touchscreen, something that the original i320 lacks! This is because it is based on the Pocket PC version of Windows Mobile as opposed to the non-touchscreen Smartphone version.

There's not much information on the HTC Universal clone but take a look at it, you know you've seen that design somewhere before...
More news as we hear it...
