i-mate JAQ4i-mate have announced their 'Ultimate' range, a series of Windows Mobile 6 "high-end, sophisticated 3G Windows Mobile® phones and PDA’s in a selection of form factors to suit any user, the first of which will be available mid-year". Its good to see i-mate stepping up their Windows Mobile range having parted company with manufacturer HTC, especially considering the lack of high-end devices we've seen from them since the split.

Additionally i-mate have announced the first of their ultimate range of devices, the ultimate 5150 as well as the followup to the JAQ3, the JAQ4! Specifications and photos after the break...
