Otterbox are a maker of some rather nice cases for all sorts of goodies including, in this instance the iPod Nano 3G. Having had a play with their Armor and Defender cases I cannot recommend them highly enough, they not only protect your beloved Nano very well but look the part too which, lets face it, is just as important!
Otterbox iPod Nano 3G Armor case - front Otterbox iPod Nano 3G Armor case - back The Defender is made up of a polycarbonate skeleton with a silicon skin and as such is a two part case, one wrapping the other. Both the click wheel and the screen are both covered but this in no way hinders their operation which is great. Otterbox iPod Nano 3G Defender case - front Otterbox iPod Nano 3G Defender case - back/closed Otterbox iPod Nano 3G Defender case - back/open Next up is the Armor which is waterproof, dustproof, sand-proof and drop proof! For those of you who are paranoid or fancy swimming with their music this has to be the case for you! If you like what you see then why not give Otterbox's website a read by clicking here!

As you may well have noticed, MSMobileNews.com has been unavailable for the past week or so. Some of you (hopefully none!) may also have noticed that upon visiting MSMobileNews.com you were faced with what looked like a bank's login screen. For those of you who haven't put two and two together from those last two sentences, we were hacked last week and turned briefly into a phishing website. I sincerely hope that no-one was affected by this, I did my best to make the site unavailable as soon as I could (without the help of my host I might add who decided to leave the website live but pull my FTP access and mail!) which resulted in a rather ugly error page that many of you will no doubt have seen. Apologies for this but it was all that I could do to stop the phishing site from staying live, that was until my host gave me back FTP access which took literally days as they screwed up the permissions too!
Needless to say, its been a rather fun packed week or so, we've had the Christmas holidays to contend with as well as a complete site rebuild! Most of the site should now be back up and running, you'll notice a few differences here and there but on the whole it should be operational. We lost about half a dozen news articles for which I apologise, there is also the potential for some articles to appear a little odd, something which is an inevitable side effect of the database restoration; I'll be doing my best to fix these as soon as possible. Once again, apologies for the downtime, thanks for reading and here's hoping you've all had a great holiday period Marc
